Absolutely competent and helpful. We've had it happen twice already: One day the heater was broken, the next day it was fully functional again with a replacement part. And even after the regular maintenance, we always have a good feeling, even though the unit is already 20 years old. Thank you for that – we can absolutely recommend Haase + Körner 👍🏼
